I’m a therapist who believes that healing happens in spaces where people feel fully seen, respected, and free to show up as they are. My work is rooted in affirming care for LGBTQ+, polyamorous, and kink communities, as well as those exploring identity and nontraditional relationship structures. Whether you’re navigating connection, communication, or self-understanding, I aim to offer a space that honors your autonomy, values, and lived experience without judgment.
I also hold a deep awareness of identity and visibility. As a Latina who is often perceived as white, I understand the complex and sometimes painful experience of not being seen for who you truly are. This shapes how I show up in the room—with intention, cultural humility, and a commitment to honoring the full depth of your identity and experience.
My work is also informed by personal experiences navigating environments where emotional attunement and awareness were necessary for safety and connection. Because of this, I have a deep sensitivity to shifts in energy, mood, and relational dynamics, and I support clients who have learned to become highly attuned to others as a way of navigating their world.
Outside of the therapy space, I value connection, creativity, and movement. I love spending time with my family and my cats, kayaking, running, practicing and teaching gymnastics, and engaging in art. I believe healing is not just about processing pain, but also about creating a life that feels authentic, connected, and fulfilling. I also believe that healing happens not only through reflection, but through reconnecting with your body—movement can be a powerful part of processing, grounding, and restoring yourself.
My approach is collaborative, relational, and empowerment-focused. I don’t see myself as the expert on your life—you are. My role is to support you in reconnecting with your sense of agency, understanding your patterns, and creating change that feels aligned and authentic.
At the core of my work is helping you build a life where trauma is processed, identity is honored, and you are able to move toward peace, fulfillment, and genuine happiness. This includes developing self-compassion, strengthening boundaries, and learning to trust yourself in deeper and more meaningful ways.
I approach conversations around intimacy, sexuality, and relationships with openness and without shame. Whether your experiences have felt empowering, confusing, or even unsafe at times, we can work together to make sense of them and move toward connection that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned with who you are.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with curiosity, respect, and openness, I’d be honored to work with you.

I support clients working through anxiety, depression, OCD, and body-focused repetitive behaviors such as skin picking, as well as grief and loss, religious trauma, and life transitions. I have a particular passion for working with women and individuals in helping professions who are often balancing care for others with their own need for support, boundaries, and restoration.
I also work with clients exploring patterns around intimacy, connection, and relational safety. This includes those who have experienced complex or conflicting experiences in relationships, and who are seeking to better understand their needs, boundaries, and sense of agency within connection.
As a multicultural and socially aware therapist, I recognize how identity, culture, and systems of power shape our mental health. Together, we can explore how these experiences have impacted you while building tools that foster resilience, self-trust, and meaningful, sustainable change.
