What We're Looking For
Our supervisor, Italia Hensley, is an LMFT who obtained her MS in MFT from Capella. She is looking to supervise a student who wants to work with individuals, couples, and polyamorous systems. She employs Narrative Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Gottman Therapy, Person-Centered, and directive.
Position Overview:
- One spot open for this position.
- 20 client hours a week
- Supervision Once weekly
- Weekly Mandatory Training
- Conducting consultations, assessments, and evaluations
- Formulating comprehensive treatment plans and delivering individual and couples therapy
- Engaging in case consultations with peers
- Ensuring the completion of requisite documentation
- Building strong therapeutic relationships with clients
- Demonstrating commitment to professional growth and development
- Working with individuals, couples, poly, and systems.
- Working with LGBTQIA+
