Hey there! I’m Alicia. I bring warmth, authenticity, and a whole-person perspective into the therapy room. My nearly 20 years working in human services, including work with domestic violence and sexual assault organizations, have given me a deep appreciation for the uniqueness of each person’s path. I’m passionate about creating an inclusive, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your whole self. My approach is holistic, somatic, and trauma-informed, with a focus on the connection between mind, body, emotions, and relationships. Together, we’ll move at your pace as we explore what healing, connection, and living authentically look like for you.

I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate your unique path. I take a holistic, somatic, trauma-informed approach, recognizing the interconnectedness of the mind, body, emotions, and relationships. I work collaboratively and at your pace, creating a space rooted in safety, empowerment, authenticity, and nonjudgment.
My work emphasizes body awareness, emotional connection, open communication, healthy boundaries, consent, and relational integrity. Whether we’re exploring trauma, identity and sexuality, CNM/polyamorous relationship dynamics, kink/BDSM, or relationship concerns, I strive to help you deepen your understanding of yourself, strengthen your connections, and reclaim your sense of self through a somatic lens.

I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate identity, sexuality, trauma, emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, and relational patterns. My work is particularly attuned to LGBTQIA+ individuals, trauma survivors, neurodivergent humans, those practicing consensual non-monogamy or polyamory, and members of the kink/BDSM community.
I believe meaningful therapy is collaborative and honors the uniqueness of your experiences, relationships, and path forward. Together, we can explore the connection between your mind, body, emotions, and relationships, building greater awareness while strengthening communication, boundaries, emotional connection, and your sense of self. My goal is to create an affirming, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe exploring who you are, what you need, and what authentic connection and healing look like for you.
