Hi  there, I’m Alli (she/her)! I’m a systemic therapist who works with  couples, poly relationships, and adult individuals who are looking to  feel more connected - to themselves, to each other, and to what matters  most.  
I believe that humans are wired for connection. However, in  our fast-paced lives, it can be easy to lose touch with ourselves, our  close others, and the world around us. My intention is to offer you a  chance to slow down, invite new understandings, and reconnect. My  approach is compassionate and collaborative, honoring your lived  experience, your inner wisdom, and the impact of larger societal systems  on your life. As a queer woman, I’m especially passionate about  supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and celebrating the richness of each  person’s intersectional identities.  
I come to this work not just  as a therapist, but as someone who has experienced the transformational  power of therapy myself. I know how vulnerable this process can be and  how healing it can feel to be truly seen. I’m here to support you with  warmth, curiosity, and respect.  
When I’m not in the therapy  room, I am likely enjoying live music, exploring the bountiful nature  Oregon has to offer, watching reality tv while snuggling with my cat, or  getting deeply invested in a board game!
