They work with individuals, couples, and poly systems ages 12+ who are LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, neurospicy, trauma survivors, ENM/poly, and kinky. They support clients with identity exploration, self-esteem, boundaries, relational issues, family of origin trauma/boundaries, CPTSD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness. Dana also has a personal passion for working with those impacted by the COVID pandemic and those continuing to need support due to it.
They are certified in EMDR.
Rates: $200 down to $150.

Dana is best suited for clients 15+ seeking LGBTQ+, neurodiverse, or chronic-pain-affirming therapy. As an intersex therapist, they care deeply about inclusivity and belonging. They are inspired by nature metaphors to bring empowerment to clients. Dana’s commitment to equity and justice, informs their holistic and systemic approach. Dana knows that our environment shapes our mental health, working to unfold the impacts of social bias and family patterns on our self-esteem.
Dana specializes in a holistic approach to therapy, drawing from systemic therapy, narrative therapy, polyvagal theory, and emotion-focused therapy. With a focus on systemic therapy, Dana examines the interconnectedness of individuals within their families and larger systems, aiming for relational healing and empowerment. Dana's interventions are both trauma-informed and client-driven. Dana likes to support clients in choosing what is best for themselves, supporting and shining the light on intervention and diagnostic options that they have from a place of evidenced-based best practices.
They utilize narrative therapy techniques to help clients rewrite their life stories, fostering resilience Polyvagal theory informs Dana's understanding of the nervous system's role in emotional regulation and trauma recovery, integrating practices to support nervous system regulation. Emotion-focused therapy enriches their work by exploring and validating emotions, facilitating emotional processing and transformation. Through this integrative approach, Dana creates a safe and empathetic space for clients to explore their identities, heal from past wounds, and cultivate deeper connections with themselves and others.
