Madison has numerous years of experience working with individuals, families, couples, and systems, all who bring their own unique lived experiences including LGBTQIA+, first responders, trauma survivors and those who experience emotional intensity. She aims to help individuals/families/systems build skills and find their path to the life they are wanting to live. This means together you will work to identify and utilize strategies to best handle whatever life is throwing your way.
She believes the client/counselor relationship is rooted in transparency, respect, trust, and unconditional positive regard. She identifies as an eclectic clinician who leans into trauma informed, strength-based, and skill building interventions. Her work includes Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Gottman Therapy, Focused Therapy, DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing. Through these modalities she works to cultivate a safe therapy space that invites collaboration, compassion, and connection.
She is passionate about supporting the mental health of all people, especially queer couples, youth, adolescents and young adults. She is particularly attuned to the nuances of emotional experiences during the formative years, curating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and validated. Through evidence-based interventions and a holistic perspective, she guides individuals on a journey of self-discovery, helping them build resilience and navigate life's transitions with confidence.
